Job Description:

Render cordial assistance to customers and guide them through their shopping experience, helping them procure their desired goods. Assure that every individual receives an expedited and welcoming payment encounter. Undertake cargo unloading and merchandise tasks across the entirety of the shop, upholding store refurbishment standards that comply with our Brand Promises.

• Assist and guide customers in locating the products they need, and suggest complementary items that may be of interest to them
• Following standard cash handling procedures is crucial for maintaining security and accuracy in transactions
• The Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards are designed to reward loyal customers. Signing up for these programs is an excellent way to show your commitment to a brand and receive exclusive perks
• The Voice of Customer (VOC) survey is a tool used to gather feedback from customers, which can be used to make changes that benefit both the customer and the business
• Provide support in optimizing the Buy Online Pickup in Store process by streamlining communication channels and enhancing inventory accuracy
• Be involved in the process of unloading the delivery trucks, stocking items on shelves, and implementing the planogram guidelines
• It is essential to complete product recovery and maintenance tasks, such as managing merchandise returns and ensuring general store upkeep, to maintain a store that is properly stocked and visually appealing
• Your responsibilities include conducting Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and completing all assigned AD set duties in order to improve the store's inventory management
• The promotion of employee safety and mental health is crucial for creating a healthy workplace environment that fosters productivity and growth
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements by strictly following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other Company-supported programs. Moreover, company policies and standards must be implemented to promote strict adherence
• Uphold the values and vision of the organization by promoting commitment among team members. Foster a collaborative and teamwork-oriented atmosphere
• Well-versed in both Custom Framing Sales and Manufacturing
