Ensure that merchandise is unloaded and organized throughout the store. Assist customers in their shopping journey and make their experience as seamless as possible. Deliver exceptional customer care to each person who visits the store.

Major Activities:

• To comply with relevant laws and requirements and maintain Company policies and standards, it is essential to strictly follow the approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Corporate programs
• Participate in the process of unloading and stocking trucks ensuring that the task is completed within budget and in accordance with the prescribed quality guidelines
• Enlist yourself in the planogram (POG) development process for both SBA and seasonal goods, ensuring that they are completed accurately and on time
• Be present for the scheduled AD retrieval process on Sundays
• Consistently follow the visual merchandising guidelines that have been established to ensure that our brand promise is delivered to customers
• Efficient management of merchandise recovery and go-backs can help improve the bottom line
• Keep the seasonal sets and feature space in top condition to meet our visual merchandising expectations regularly
• Ensure that your store is well-merchandised and always has products available for the customer
• Show appreciation for clients, aid in locating the required merchandise and present viable alternatives
• Conveys an amiable and courteous demeanor in their communication with others; maintains a positive and respectful attitude in the face of adversity; supports the organization's vision and values; projects a constructive image and provides a model for others
• Support for programs aimed at improving safety and mental well-being
• Pay heed to the optimization of inventory management in stores when undertaking SISO assigned tasks
• Perform duties at the cash register and as a line buster according to assignment
• Effective omni channel processes involve integrating all sales channels into one centralized system, providing customers with consistent pricing, promotions, and customer service
• Sign up customers for the Rewards program
• The job may involve tasks beyond those initially outlined
• The recommended level of experience for this role.
• It is preferred that the candidate has experience in retail merchandising and customer service

Physical Requirements:

• Capability to maintain a vertical stance for a considerable amount of time
• The aptitude to traverse all areas of the store
• Standard bowing, elevating, transporting, grasping and extending
• Dealing with weighty packages and ascending to elevated sections via equipment like ladders

Work Environment:

It is important to note that some of our stock rooms may not be climate controlled, so our employees are advised to dress accordingly during their work shifts.
