Provide welcoming and hospitable customer care, helping customers to navigate our shop and discover the products that they need. Ensure that every customer enjoys a quick and amicable checkout experience. Perform merchandise-related responsibilities and unload shipments throughout the store in accordance with our Brand Promises, maintaining store recovery standards.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations based on product knowledge and industry experience
- Foster a timely and genial payment transaction; adhere to standard cash management procedures
- Showcase the range of product offerings available through the Rewards program and highlight the savings potential for customers who make frequent purchases
- The VOC survey can be conducted through various channels such as email, telephone, or online surveys, depending on the business's preference
- Offer assistance in implementing strategies that allow customers to seamlessly shop across multiple channels, such as browsing products online and picking them up in-store
- Be involved in various tasks, such as unloading trucks, restocking shelves and executing planograms
- Accountable for ensuring the proper placement and arrangement of merchandise in the store, as well as retrieving and restocking misplaced items to help keep the store tidy and easy to navigate
- Conduct Regular Inventory Checks: Periodic checks can help identify slow-moving or dead stock, reduce excess inventory, and optimize stock levels
- Provide assistance in bolstering safety and mental health initiatives
- In order to conform to the expectations of the Company and meet the necessary standards of professionalism, ensure that you adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and programs while complying with all relevant laws and requirements
- Engage in inclusive and considerate communication with others; maintain a positive and respectful approach, even in the face of difficulty; foster commitment to the organization's mission and values; project a positive image and serve as an example for other members of the team
- Knowledgeable in both sales and production aspects of custom framing

- Sustaining the capacity to remain standing for long periods is important
- The ability to move around the store without hindrance

- Maneuvering bulky packages and getting to high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
