Provide amiable and inviting customer services, guiding buyers throughout the store, and facilitating them in finding the products they require. Ensure that every customer has a timely and cordial checkout process. Fulfil truck unloading and all other merchandise responsibilities in alignment with our Brand Promises to maintain store recovery standards.
- Provide clear and concise information about each product, including its features, benefits, and usage
- Put emphasis on a rapid and cordial check-out experience; execute proper cash handling protocols
- Encourage customers to refer their friends and family members to sign up for the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards to receive additional exclusive benefits
- When conducting the VOC survey, it's important to remain unbiased to avoid leading responses and to maintain the highest level of data accuracy
- Help optimize processes for cross-channel operations, such as enabling customers to purchase items online and pick them up at a local store, or have orders shipped from a nearby outlet
- Be a contributor to the inventory management process by assisting in truck unloading, stocking products and implementing planograms
- Accountable for the proper handling of merchandise returned by customers, including processing and returning items to their original place, as well as ensuring the store is adequately stocked and arranged
- Coordinate with Suppliers: Establishing regular communication with suppliers can ensure that inventory items are consistently available, and last-minute requests are accommodated
- Offer assistance in creating and implementing programs for safety and mental health support
- Executing the policies and standards of the Company and complying with applicable regulations and laws is paramount to maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism and upholding the standards expected of you
- Foster inclusive and respectful communication with others; maintain a positive and encouraging demeanor, even when facing adversity; encourage loyalty to the company's purpose and principles; demonstrate a positive image and set an example for other members of the team
- Capable of providing comprehensive custom framing services through expertise in sales and production
