Give affable and cheerful customer service, facilitate shoppers in their store exploration, and aid in finding their desired items. Ensure that all customers are provided with an efficient and cordial checkout experience. Carry out truck unloading duties and merchandise-related tasks that align with our Brand Promises to maintain store recovery standards.
- Help shoppers navigate the store and locate products quickly and efficiently
- Ensure a speedy and amiable cash-out process; enforce cash handling guidelines
- Emphasize the advantages of becoming a Rewards member, including exclusive discounts, points-based rewards, and free shipping on eligible purchases
- The feedback obtained from the VOC survey enables businesses to identify areas of improvement and make necessary changes to their offerings
- Provide support in streamlining processes for omnichannel operations, such as enabling customers to purchase products online and then collect them from a brick-and-mortar store, or have their order shipped from a local store
- Take part in the systematic process of truck unloading, inventory management, and planogram implementation procedures
- Responsible for maintaining a well-merchandised store by completing the merchandise recovery process, go-backs, and general maintenance tasks to ensure items are accessible to customers
- Analyze Sales Data: Utilize advanced data analysis tools to analyze sales data and identify patterns and trends that can help in-store inventory management
- Offer aid in strengthening programs for psychological well-being and safety measures
- Adhering to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and programs, and following applicable regulations and laws is essential to ensure you comply with the relevant guidelines, meet professional standards and execute Company policies
- Interact respectfully and acceptingly with fellow team members; maintain a positive and respectful outlook, even when faced with challenging situations; promote allegiance to the company's vision and values; exhibit a positive image and be a role model for other team members
- Adept at both selling and producing custom frame solutions
