Handle unloading of goods from trucks and assist in keeping inventory up to date across the store. Support and encourage customers to discover the products they are looking for. Offer excellent customer service by going the extra mile for their satisfaction.

Major Activities:

• The observance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is imperative to ensure compliance with regulatory policies, but equally crucial in the execution of Company policies and standards
• Engage in the unloading and stocking of trucks, making sure that the set quality standards are maintained and costs are kept under control
• Take part in the planogram (POG) implementation for both SBA and seasonal items, making sure that they are accurate and completed timely
• Engage in the series of actions involved in obtaining AD sets on the designated Sundays
• Embrace the visual merchandising standards set by the company to provide customers with the best representation of our brand
• The process of retrieving misplaced or returned products is known as merchandise recovery and go-backs
• Maintain the feature space in accordance with our visual merchandising standards, making sure it aligns with our brand messaging
• Provide a store that has plenty of in-stock products for customers to choose from
• Recognize the importance of customers, facilitate in finding the requested item and propose effective remedies
• Interacts cordially and respectfully with others; upholds optimistic and respectful behavior, especially in trying situations; encourages loyalty to the organization's mission and values; displays a constructive persona and serves as an exemplar for colleagues
• Aid for programs geared towards enhancing safety and mental health
• Execute the duties assigned to Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) conscientiously, ensuring all aspects are covered
• Complete operational tasks required for cash register operation and line busting
• In today's evolving retail landscape, retailers must adopt omni channel processes to remain competitive in the market
• Register clients for the Rewards initiative
• Tasks outside of regular duties may need attention
• The desired expertise for this position.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising and customer service is advantageous

Physical Requirements:

• Capacity to sustain standing for prolonged periods
• The skill to move freely within the premises
• Everyday flexing, lifting, transporting, accessing and elongating
• Handling sizeable boxes and climbing up tall shelves using specialized gear
