Job Description:

• Give customers solutions that meet their needs, by understanding their requirements and tailoring recommendations to their specifications
• Providing a speedy and amiable checkout experience is crucial for customer satisfaction, as it conveys that their time and patronage is valued
• By enrolling in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, customers can receive significant discounts on future purchases. This makes it a smart financial decision for those who enjoy shopping at a particular store
• By participating in the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, customers have the opportunity to share their opinions and experiences, and ultimately influence the direction of a business
• Offer assistance in implementing and maintaining the Ship From Store feature to fulfill orders from multiple locations, reducing shipping time and costs
• Participate in the tasks of unloading trucks, stocking products, and following planograms to ensure proper product management
• Maintaining a well-stocked and properly displayed store requires that all merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks, including merchandise returns and general store upkeep, are carried out with diligence
• As an assistant, it's important to perform inventory optimization tasks like Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and other assigned AD set duties to ensure the store runs smoothly
• Emphasizing the importance of workplace safety and mental health initiatives shows that an employer cares about their workers' well-being both inside and outside the workplace
• The key to maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and laws is to adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company-endorsed programs while also executing Company policies and standards
• Be a role model for others by projecting a positive image and exemplifying desirable behaviors and attitudes
• Proficient in Custom Framing Sales and Production Techniques
