Perform store-wide tasks related to unloading of trucks and managing inventory while adhering to safety procedures. Assist customers in finding the right products that meet their needs. Provide top-notch customer support and guidance.

Major Activities:

• Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs ensures that applicable laws and requirements are complied with, while also enabling the execution of Company policies and standards
• Take part in truck unloading and stocking activities to guarantee adherence to truck quality norms and completion of tasks within financial constraints
• Be an active contributor to the planogram (POG) procedure in SBA and seasonal aspects, guaranteeing that they are done promptly and with precision
• Take part in the AD collection procedure during the pre-determined Sundays
• Maintain adherence to the prescribed visual merchandising standards for ensuring that our brand promise is fulfilled for every customer
• Recovering merchandise and handling go-backs is a crucial task in retail operations
• Ensure that the seasonal collections and display areas meet our established visual merchandising requirements every day and week
• Present a store that is stocked and well-organized for shoppers
• Express gratitude towards customers, assist in identifying desired product and offer problem-solving solutions
• Demonstrates an accepting and courteous attitude towards others, while maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor, even during challenging circumstances; advocates for the organization's guiding principles and beliefs; presents a positive representation and serves as an icon for those around them
• Assistance for psychological wellness and safety initiatives
• Execute assigned tasks related to the optimization of store inventory management, referred to as SISO
• Fulfill responsibilities at the cash register and during line busting as directed
• Omni channel processes are designed to provide customers with a seamless buying experience across multiple channels, including online and in-store shopping
• Enroll customers in the loyalty scheme
• Additional responsibilities may be required
• The preferred skill set required for this job.
• Having previous retail merchandising and customer service background is desirable

Physical Requirements:

• Endurance to maintain an upright position for extended durations.
• The capability to navigate through the entire store.
• Routine bending, hoisting, conveying, extending and stretching.
• Moving bulky containers and reaching towering shelves with aids like ladders.
