Job Description:

• To ensure compliance with relevant laws and requirements, one must strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs. Additionally, it is essential to implement the policies and standards laid down by the company
• Enhance your customers' experience by offering them fast and efficient service at the check-out counter, with a structured method for handling cash and transactions
• Show customers that by enrolling in the Rewards program, they can ensure that they never miss out on any exclusive sales, limited editions, or seasonal products
• VOC surveys can be conducted through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions
• The recovery and preservation of merchandise
• Encouraging the return of products and implementing store revitalization tactics are key to maintaining customer loyalty
• Help customers to discover the right product by providing thoughtful and helpful suggestions, as well as actively seeking out information that might aid in the decision-making process
• Cooperate to achieve the truck unloading and stocking procedures so that the required standards are met while staying within the budget
• Providing access to professional counseling and therapy services promotes a culture of caring and employee support
• To maximize the efficiency of an omni-channel strategy, businesses should leverage technology to automate certain processes, such as data collection and analysis
• Maintaining a clean and tidy store can enhance the overall shopping experience and reflect positively on the brand
