Extend amicable support to customers, assist them in perusing our store, and assist in locating the products they need. Guarantee that each customer receives a speedy and courteous checkout process. Execute unloading of trucks and perform all merchandising responsibilities to maintain the store's high standards and deliver on our Brand Promises.
- Offer personalized attention to each customer, catering to their specific concerns and requests
- strive for an expedient and personable checkout encounter; implement proper cash processing protocols
- Educate customers on the value of signing up for Private Label Credit Cards and highlight the numerous benefits they offer
- The VOC survey is a tool designed to capture the opinions, preferences and expectations of customers regarding a product or service
- Help optimize omnichannel practices, such as offering customers the option of purchasing online and picking up their order at a physical store, or having their order shipped from a nearby store
- Play an active role in the shipment unloading, product storage, and planogram installation tasks
- Tasked with ensuring that all merchandise is in good condition and well-organized, including processing returns and restocking items, to maintain an attractive store environment
- Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure that the store has a consistent level of inventory based on demand and seasonality. This will help prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Help improve programs for mental health support and safety precautions
- Conduct yourself in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and programs as well as comply with applicable laws and regulations, in order to maintain the requisite level of professionalism and observe the standards expected of you
- Cooperate and communicate with others in a manner that is inclusive and respectful; retain an optimistic and polite attitude, even amidst trying circumstances; advocate devotion to the organization's goals and principles; exemplify a positive image and be a model for other members of the team
- Trained in both custom framing sales and production for a superior level of service
