Job Description:

Provide amicable customer support, assist clients in navigating our retail outlet, and aid them in locating desired items. Guarantee that every customer enjoys a swift and pleasant checkout process. Execute inventory unloading and product-related tasks in all areas of the store, ensuring that store restoration standards are met to fulfill our Brand Promises.

• Facilitate customers in their shopping needs by providing them with the support they require and guiding them through their purchase journey
• By ensuring a swift and pleasant checkout process, customers are more likely to have a satisfying experience and thus, return to your business
• Encourage potential future purchases and loyalty from customers by introducing them to the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. By signing up for these programs, they can unlock exclusive benefits and savings opportunities
• Educating customers on the importance of providing feedback through the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey can help businesses improve their products and services
• Help with managing multiple channels, such as BOPIS and SFS, to ensure convenient and efficient shopping experiences for customers
• Join in the unloading of trucks, taking part in the process of stocking and arranging items on shelves, following the planogram protocols
• The duty to finalize product retrieval and upkeep, which includes the procedure for the return of merchandise and overall store maintenance, is necessary to guarantee a well-stocked and well-merchandised store
• To optimize the store's inventory, you must conduct Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and fulfill any additional duties assigned to you as an AD set
• Assisting programs designed to ensure employee safety and wellness is an important part of any successful business
• Follow the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and endorsed Company programs to guarantee conformity with the relevant laws and regulations. Subsequently, adhere to the Company policies and norms to maintain compliance
• Demonstrate respectful and accepting behavior while interacting with others. Even in difficult situations, maintain a positive and constructive demeanor
• Trained in both Custom Framing Sales and Production
