Deliver hospitable and courteous customer care, providing assistance to shoppers as they browse our store and search for what they need. Make sure that each customer experiences a fast and benevolent checkout procedure. Properly unload delivery shipments and perform merchandise tasks throughout the store as per our Brand Promises, upholding store recovery standards.
- Anticipate customer needs and offer solutions before they even ask
- Optimize the payment process for speed and friendliness; adhere to cash management standards
- Provide personalized recommendations for products that are eligible for Rewards and Private Label Credit Card discounts and rewards
- The VOC survey can also help businesses to keep track of changing customer preferences and trends, enabling them to stay competitive
- Offer support in executing omnichannel initiatives, such as the capability to order products online and then pick up in-store, or to have products shipped from a nearby brick-and-mortar outlet
- Engage in the task of unloading trucks, storing inventory, and executing planogram tasks to ensure optimal operational efficiency
- Tasked with maintaining an inviting store atmosphere by conducting the merchandise recovery process, handling returns, and regular maintenance to ensure an appealing and well-organized store
- Respond to Customer Feedback: Responding to customer feedback about inventory can help tailor the inventory to meet demand better
- Help develop and maintain programs for safety and psychological wellness
- By following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and programs of the Company and observing relevant laws and regulations, you ensure that you comply with the Company's policies and standards, and meet the necessary requirements of your job
- Engage others with tolerance and respect; display a stable and positive attitude, even when challenged; promote a strong adherence to the organization's goals and values; project a positive image and be a role model for other team members
- Proficient in both selling and producing custom frames as a cross-trained professional
