Major Activities:

• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and legal requirements are met; adhere to Company rules and regulations
• Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring a swift and cordial check-out encounter
• Proper cash handling procedures must be implemented in order to maintain financial security and accuracy
• Encourage customer participation in our Rewards program by highlighting the numerous benefits that come with enrollment including discounts, access to exclusive promotions, and reward points
• The Voice of Customer (VOC) survey is a tool used by organizations to gather feedback from customers about their experiences with the company's products or services
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that the truck un-loading and stocking procedures are executed seamlessly, adhering to the required standard, and within the allocated budget
• Accountable for executing product retrieval and upkeep, encompassing the procedures for merchandise returns and re-stocking
• Promote and bolster the importance of occupational safety and health programs within organizations to ensure a safer and more productive working environment for employees
• Omnipresence across multiple channels is key for modern businesses to stay competitive in today's digital landscape. This requires the implementation of efficient omni channel processes that integrate various platforms, including social media, email, mobile apps, and more
• Express gratitude to clients, offer assistance in finding merchandise, and suggest feasible resolutions
• Demonstrates acceptance and respect towards others while communicating in a positive and friendly way. Physical Requirements:

• Sustaining an upright posture for extended durations
• The aptitude to navigate all corners of the retail store
• Engaging in routine activities of bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Carrying weighty items and reaching elevated racks with the use of a stepping stool or comparable device
