Job Description:

- Provide a positive customer experience with quick, professional cash-handling practices, ensuring that each transaction is completed with precision and detail
- Share with customers that the Rewards program saves them time and money, as they can earn points and redeem coupons without having to search for deals or special promotions elsewhere
- To get the best results from a VOC survey, it's vital to incentivize customers to participate and make sure the survey is accessible to all customers
- Product refurbishment and management
- Assisting customers with product returns and implementing store recovery procedures are critical for customer retention
- Welcome customers warmly, offer a friendly smile and provide accurate information for locating items, while also listening attentively to their needs
- Collaborate in the unloading and stocking of the truck to ensure that all standards are met satisfactorily and budget is not surpassed
- A supportive work environment can enhance productivity, decrease absenteeism, and decrease turnover rates
- Communication and collaboration across all teams within a business is essential for the successful implementation of an omni-channel strategy
- Offering sales promotions and discounts can encourage customer loyalty and help move slow-moving inventory
