Warehouse Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative functions as assigned by the General Manager (GM), and/or the Managerial Staff.

Major Activities

Schedules appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.Compiles and maintains regular and specialized reports in a timely manner for the DC and Support Center, such as productivity reports and budget reports.Acts as a point of contact for any correspondence requesting the attention of the GM.Orders all necessary office supplies and other supplies in support of the DC (e.g., gloves, vests, etc.).Processes and maintains DC files of invoices and authorizations sent to the Support Center.Performs other related duties as assigned.Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

High School diploma or equivalent; additional related training/certification is a plusMinimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)Other

Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and adjust to changing prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills both verbal and written, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with audiences at all levelsPractices "Respectful Workplace" conduct at all times, maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion as appropriateAbility to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the assigned workloadPreferred Special Certifications or Technical Skills

Experience in Oracle applications a plusPreferred Type of Experience the Job Requires

2+ years of experience in a similar administrative support role is preferredPhysical Requirements

Infrequent light lifting/carrying (of office supplies, etc.) weighing up to 20 poundsFrequent sitting when working in an office environmentRegular standing/walking, primarily in the office area with occasional walking in the warehouseOccasional bending, stooping, kneeling and twistingRepetitive motion and substantial movement of the wrists, hands and/or fingersWork Environment

This position is based in a climate-controlled office setting but will have occasional exposure to the warehouse, which features extreme temperatures dependent on external climate and proximity to dock doors/exitsExposure to moderate noise level from DC conveyor/sortation system and powered industrial equipment when in the warehouse
