Offer convivial and welcoming customer assistance, supporting buyers in their store exploration and helping them locate desired merchandise. Ensure that every customer receives a prompt and congenial checkout experience. Deliver on our Brand Promises by unloading trucks and carrying out store recovery responsibilities, ensuring that store maintenance standards are met.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and adjust service approach accordingly
- Strive for a fast and pleasant point-of-sale encounter; abide by established cash handling policies
- Educate customers on how to maximize the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card through strategic shopping and payment practices
- It is essential for businesses to communicate the objectives of the VOC survey to their customers to ensure they understand its purpose and provide honest and valuable feedback
- Help integrate multiple channels into a cohesive shopping experience, such as allowing customers to browse products online and then finalize their purchase by picking up at a physical store
- Take an active role in the procedures of unloading merchandise, organizing inventory and arranging planograms
- Responsible for ensuring that items are returned to their respective sections and that the store is clean, orderly, and well-stocked, including managing the go-back process to maintain product availability
- Implement and Utilize Tools: Leverage modern technology to optimize inventory management, e.g., POS technology, RFID tags can help with inventory tracking, and more
- Aid in promoting and improving mental health and safety measures
- Make sure to follow the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and programs, as well as relevant laws and regulations, in order to comply with the requirements and meet the expected standards set by the Company
- Participate in accepting and respectful interactions with others; remain positive and respectful, even during times of hardship; foster loyalty to the company's vision and mission; present a positive image and serve as an inspiration for other members of the team
- Experienced in custom framing both from a sales and production standpoint
