Job Description:

• The key to ensuring adherence to Company policies and standards is to maintain a strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and programs devised by the company
• Implement cash handling methods that adhere to industry standards and serve as an effective measure against fraudulent activity
• Emphasize to customers that by enrolling in the Rewards program, they can earn points with every purchase and redeem them for rewards, thus saving money on future purchases
• The goal of a VOC survey is to gather feedback directly from customers to better understand their needs and expectations
• Restoration and preservation of products
• Providing assistance during the merchandise return process and reinforcing store recuperation measures are vital for customer satisfaction
• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the products they are searching for, while also proposing solutions based on their specific requirements
• Collaborate in the truck unloading and stocking processes to guarantee that adhered to standards are met and budget is kept
• Implementing wellness initiatives and resources can positively impact the physical and emotional wellbeing of employees
• In order to effectively execute an omni-channel approach, businesses must prioritize data collection and analysis to gain insight into customer behavior across each channel
• To achieve a successful and well-merchandised store, it's important to regularly assess and manage inventory levels
• Projects a positive image and exhibits respectful behaviors towards everyone regardless of the situation; supports the company's objectives and beliefs; serves as a model for others to follow
