Major Activities:

• Comply with the applicable laws and regulations by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs; execute the Company policies and standards
• Optimize customer satisfaction through lightning-fast and amiable check-outs
• It is essential to follow specific protocols and standards to ensure that cash handling is executed correctly
• Emphasize to our customers that through enrolling in our Rewards program, they will have the opportunity to access unique offerings and promotions that they would otherwise not be privy to
• The VOC survey is designed to provide insights into the customers' needs and preferences, which can then be used to improve the company's offerings
• As part of the team, assist in the truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure that the entire procedure is done efficiently and effectively, without exceeding the budget
• Held responsible for carrying out the tasks related to merchandise recovery and upkeep, which include returns and restocking processes
• Encourage the use of proper safety equipment and training to prevent workplace accidents and injuries and protect the wellbeing of employees
• Streamlining omni channel processes can help businesses create a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. This can improve customer satisfaction and lead to higher repeat business
• Show appreciation to customers, guide them in locating items, and propose viable fixes
• The individual maintains a courteous and considerate approach towards others, treating all members with due respect, regardless of status, role, or background. They consistently project positivity, even in difficult situations, promoting the organization's values while encouraging others to embrace its vision
• Proficient in the art of selling and producing Custom Framing pieces
• Supplementary obligations as directed
• The sought-after work experience the job requires
• A background in customer service or retail sales is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Capacity for prolonged standing without rest
• Capacity to move around the establishment with ease
• Everyday movements such as bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching as part of a routine
• Transporting bulky packages and climbing to tall shelves with the help of a ladder or similar mechanism
