Job Description:

• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs is crucial to ensuring that applicable laws and regulations are being complied with. Executing Company policies and standards is also an important aspect of this
• Demonstrate your commitment to impeccable service delivery and operational excellence by executing cash handling protocols that are both swift and accurate
• Show customers how easy it is to enroll in the Rewards program, whether through the website, mobile app, or in-store sign-up
• Customer satisfaction should always be a top priority for businesses, and VOC surveys are an effective way to gauge that satisfaction
• Revival and preservation of products
• Providing customer support during the merchandise return process and boosting store restoration efforts are essential for long-term success
• Be available and attentive to customers, providing prompt and courteous service to help them locate products and find solutions to their queries
• Participate in the unloading and stocking of the truck while maintaining adherence to the set standards and ensuring budget constraints are not exceeded
• Employers should work to eliminate the stigma around seeking help and encourage employees to access available support programs
• Providing a seamless shopping experience by integrating offline and online channels is a key goal of an omni-channel strategy
• Utilizing data analytics and customer feedback can inform decisions on which products to stock and how to improve the shopping experience
