Provide guidance to customers in finding desired products with ease. Deliver an efficient and courteous checkout service to all clients. Maintain store cleanliness and order as per our Brand Promises. Promote loss prevention through friendly interactions with clients.

Major Activities:

• Abide by the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company initiatives to comply with legal requirements and regulations; implement the Company's policies and guidelines
• Maximize customer fulfillment by providing a courteous and expeditious check-out experience
• Ensuring proper cash handling procedures are in place demonstrates a commitment to financial responsibility and transparency
• A key benefit of enrolling in our Rewards program is the ability for customers to accumulate points on all purchases, creating an exciting incentive for regular purchases
• Conducting a VOC survey can also help companies build stronger relationships with their customers by showing that they value their opinion and feedback
• Participate in the stocking process, be an advocate for the department, and work towards achieving the set targets, all within the allocated budget
• Responsible for conducting merchandise retrieval and upkeep, which comprises the procedures for merchandise returns and re-stocking
• Promote the use of technology and automation to reduce the risk of workplace accidents and injuries and improve efficiency
• Effective communication is key to omni channel success. By establishing clear communication guidelines and implementing advanced communication technologies, businesses can ensure that their messages are consistent and resonate with customers across all channels
• Express appreciation to clients, assist them in locating items, and recommend practical remedies
• The individual sets the tone for a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting respect and open communication among colleagues. Even in challenging situations, they maintain a constructive approach, infusing colleagues with a sense of resilience and hope

Physical Requirements:

• Aptitude to sustain a vertical posture for prolonged intervals
• The proficiency to travel unrestrictedly within the shop
• Regular execution of movements like bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Lifting substantial boxes and accessing high shelving with the assistance of a ladder or comparable tool

Work Environment:

Our store hours do require flexibility as we operate during nights, weekends, and early mornings to best serve our customers.
