Job Description:

Maintain a customer-centric shopping experience by effectively managing front-end operations and fulfilling customer expectations. Take the lead in omnichannel processes and uphold store recovery standards to ensure the delivery of our Brand Promises. Provide welcoming and helpful customer service.

  • Assist in managing and guiding the team under the Store Manager's direction to comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Ensure adherence to applicable laws and requirements, enforce Company policies, and hold them accountable for the store's conditions and outcomes
  • Adhere to all front-facing regulations and procedures; achieve your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and mentor your team in fulfilling their performance goals
  • Supervise and coordinate the execution of educational and promotional events in the class and store environments according to Company procedures
  • Drive the omnichannel functions towards a unified system
  • Organize and carry out programs designed to decrease shrinkage and prioritize safety measures
  • Assist in verifying and recording cash transactions for bank reconciliation purposes
  • Provide help in inventory management duties, including overseeing Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions and coordinating Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) procedures where applicable
  • Help facilitate the onboarding journey for incoming team members
  • Guide, monitor, and train the customer service team (comprising sales floor and cashier associates) to achieve targets; participate in the performance evaluation process; assist in nurturing the skills of your team; leverage leadership competencies for continual personal development
  • Execute the tasks assigned to the Manager on Duty (MOD) position
  • Demonstrates a commitment to interacting with others in an accepting and respectful way, remaining positive and polite in difficult situations, and promoting dedication to the organization's vision and values while serving as a positive example for others
  • Welcome visitors, assist in locating the item, and provide potential solutions
  • Engage in the truck unloading and stocking duties to ensure compliance with truck standards and accomplishment within budget boundaries
  • Manage the implementation and enforcement of programs dedicated to shrinking losses and enhancing safety measures
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of both the sales and production facets of Custom Framing
  • Tasks in stores without a Framing Manager also include overseeing the timely delivery of personalized framing services to customers by effectively planning and supervising the framing workload alongside the Store Manager

  • Aptitude to traverse the store
  • Regular motion that involves bending, raising, carrying, accessing, and extending
  • Transporting heavy packages and gaining entry to high shelves with the support of a ladder or similar equipment
