Job Responsibilities:

• Strive to make the check out process a low-stress and enjoyable experience for customers, by anticipating their needs and offering help or guidance as needed

• The key to a successful VOC survey is making sure that the questions are relevant, concise, and easy to understand, as well as making sure that your target audience is properly represented
• Maintaining and Recovering Merchandise through Inventory Management
• Offer support in the return and store recovery procedures
• Acknowledge shoppers, assist in locating items and provide remedies
• Participate in unloading and stocking trucks, ensuring that all truck standards are followed and the job is completed within budget
• Assistance in advancing initiatives that prioritize psychological wellness and safe environments
• Utilizing omni channel processes can help businesses reach a wider audience, as customers can interact with the brand through their preferred channels
• Keeping your store in stock with key items and arranging them in a visually stimulating way can drive customers to make purchases and increase revenue
• Demonstrates an accepting and courteous attitude when interacting with colleagues and stakeholders; remains optimistic and respectful, regardless of the situation; fosters commitment to the company's mission and values; exudes a positive image and serves as a role model for peers
• All customers are provided with personalized attention to ensure they can find what they're looking for
• Expert in both Custom Framing production and sales

Expertise Necessary for the Job:

• Candidates with experiences in customer service and retail settings will be given priority
• Physical Requirements
• The knack to stand on one's feet for extended durations without feeling tired
• Permission to wander around the establishment
• Common movements that include bending, transporting, supporting, stretching and extending
• Transporting weighty crates while ascending to elevated cabinets with ladders or comparable equipment
