Assist clients in navigating our store and finding the items they need. Guarantee that all customers are checked out quickly and with a friendly demeanor. Meet our Brand Promises by maintaining store appearance and cleanliness. Promote loss prevention through friendly service interactions.

Major Activities:

• Comply with the Company's policies and guidelines to ensure adherence to applicable laws and requirements; implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other programs
• Boost customer contentment by offering a prompt and genial check-out process
• Implementing best practices in cash handling can help businesses minimize financial risks and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Engage our customers in conversations that highlight the many benefits that come with participating in our Rewards program, creating a positive association
• The feedback gathered through the VOC survey can help companies identify areas for improvement and ensure that they are meeting the needs of their customers
• Follow the truck standards and engage with the team to ensure that everything runs smoothly. During the unloading process, Inventory should be checked for accuracy, quality, and completeness to avoid discrepancies
• Given the duty of accomplishing merchandise maintenance and recovery obligations, specifically merchandise returns and re-stocking operations
• Stress the importance of proper ergonomics and posture to reduce the risk of physical strain and injury among employees
• By leveraging data analytics, businesses can gain valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences across various channels. This information can be used to optimize omni channel processes and create more personalized experiences for customers
• Convey appreciation to clients, help them to locate merchandise, and offer workable options
• The individual prioritizes respect, dignity, and sensitivity in their dealings with others, standing out as a role model for ethical behavior and professionalism. They actively encourage a positive and collaborative working culture, nurturing a sense of unity and purpose among their peers
• Skilled in both selling and creating Custom Framing projects

Physical Requirements:

• Endurance to remain on one's feet for extended spans
• The potential to roam freely within the store premises
• Conducting repetitive actions of bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching in one's daily life
• Hoisting heavy containers and gaining access to elevated shelves with assistance from a ladder or comparable equipment

Work Environment:
